- created new download context class DownloadWorkAV1Argon()
- unified download/extraction logic in function _download_worker_av1_argon()
- download and extraction is done in 1 job to avoid overwrite issues
- reduced download+extraction time from 2 hours to 15 minutes
- refactored download() function
