Before, all themis functions called pl.show() themselves, thus forcing display to go onto the screen. Now, instead, the calling function can use pl.savefig().

The fft script is really basic (I actually just wrote it during the workshop with the Turku people), but it is probably useful to base further things on.
The themis plotting script I used to create some graphs that Heli was interested in. This one probably has some wider usability.
Also modified the themis plotting routines somwhat, so that it is easier to plot into a file.
