Voice Controls for Chrome with use of its experimental APIs

Simple voice commands for Chrome.

1. to open a url speak - goto or open
2. to search speak - search
3. to scroll up speak - up
4. to scroll down speak - down
5. to page up speak - page up
6. to page down speak - page down
7. to close tab speak - close
8. to close entire chrome window speak - close all

Please remember that VoiceControls is using experimental features of chrome, so you have to enable a flag. Goto chrome://flags then enable Experimental Extension APIs
