Overview

Our plan is to have the MVP/test site for AtD out by end of year. At that point, our team will be leaving the project and a new product manager will need to assume planning for AtD Version 1.

Items for discussion

  • MVP Project Close
    • Project page has been created on the wiki.
    • Tony is working on Software Dev wiki
    • Judson is working on test site deployment and ops wiki
  • Next Steps
    • Transfer of knowledge, extensive notes on wiki + will keep AtD email forwarded to aj until a new PM has taken over
      • Is there anything else we should have on here we are not seeing?
      • Would be nice to have a project proposal here for V1. Should I create one or is there a template?
    • PM open roles posted on PM Open Roles board and AtD Open Roles wiki.
    • Test site deployment, pause or keep up?
