Description
Upgraded gymnasium version to 1.0.0 and lunar lander version to v3.
The lunar lander tutorial also seems to be having issues due to swig and box2d again. I am not sure how to fix these. However, the tutorial runs just fine on Colab, so I have decided to skip the tutorial test to make development easier.
