Version 1.0.0

Initial release, should be fully functional.

• For full usage information, see the help text that can be called by running IceCon with --help in a console
• Comes with a graphical UI for Windows (--gui or automatically shown when run without parameters)
• Comes with a netcat-style console interface (can be used like netcat to pipe through commands)
• Comes with a script-friendly command line (icecon -c <your command here> <server:port> <password>)

All binaries have been automatically built by a CI server from the exact same code base. Binaries are UPX-compressed to save as much space as possible.

Update to this release as of Oct 12, 2022: I have now added -signed.exe versions of the Windows binaries which hopefully works around SmartScreen/antivirus issues for now. Might still decide to release a new version.
