There was a small change to upstream Idris2 that introduced an
Eqconformance also introduced byLSP-libsoLSP-libneeded to be updated. This PR moves to the newest Idris2 andLSP-libversions so everything is compatible with the latest HEAD of the compiler.See idris-community/LSP-lib#7 and idris-lang/Idris2#3321
