The Death of the Index Tag

With the latest releases, variables can be created and manipulated during text generation. They can also be referenced as placeholders by simply appending an @ to their names. For example: {{@index}}. With that in mind, it doesn't make sense to really have an {{#index}} tag anymore.

For that reason, I will be removing it during the next major release.
