rethink featured image
there's now a default image for subheader you can change in config
there's a default og & twitter image
if a featured image is detected, it's also used for the og & twitter image
each post can have its own featured image, just upload it in the same content folder see example here and use a relative path in the frontmatter (param image)
alternatively, you can use external URLs (e.g, https://)
it's far from perfect, as Hugo has built-in features to crop and handle alternative formats we don't use here, and Twitter is really annoying with image dimensions, so it's not uncommon to have a different file only for that f***in meta (if you think it's worth adding it, raise an issue)
