Brings the GUI debian package up to date with what is in the main branch.
I still need to create an automatic nightly package so that this doesn't get too stale in future again.

Fixes a few bugs in the original GUI implementation.

This renames the package name to userspace-tablet-driver-utility

You will need to remove the old drivers by doing sudo dpkg -r xp-pen-userland-util

Installing this debian file should put the Userspace Tablet Driver Utility record in your desktop application list.
