CHROMEOS test-configs-chromeos.yaml: Enable tast decoder tests on cherry

Enable Tast decoder tests on mt8195-cherry-tomato-r2 for the AV1, H264, HEVC, VP8 and VP9 formats. Run the tests on the 6.6 LTS kernel tree. Signed-off-by: Laura Nao <[email protected]>
