Created the meta tags in the header and a site manifest so Cloudlog can act like an App.

This works (tested) on Desktop with Edge and Chrome Browsers (Firefox and Safari do not support PWA's)
and on the most standard mobile Browsers (Safari on iOS, Chrome on iOS and Chrome on Android). Other Browsers may work but are not tested yet.

To install the App visit the Cloudlog URL and Log into your account. Then you can add Cloudlog to your Homescreen (iOS), install the App (Android and Desktop).

This was an Issue #2294 and a Discussion #1482.

Important to say that this do NOT support Offline Logging. This is just the behaviour of Cloudlog on Desktop and Mobile if installed as "App".
