Greetings from the ClimMob development team.

We have made a successful and exciting release full of new features, updates and bug fixes.

Release summary:

Library field agents

• The creation of field agents can be done by uploading an Excel file with their information, in the interface you will find the necessary template to be completed and uploaded to ClimMob.

Project analysis

• A maximum of 4 reference variables can now be defined in the creation of the analysis and report.
• 10 will be the maximum number of explanatory variables that can be analyzed at the same time.
• In the download section you can see an additional product when generating the analysis called: Extra outputs of the report.
• The product: Individual feedback report for participants can now be obtained from the download section if the report has been generated correctly.

Password recovery

• The password recovery process has changed. Now users must provide their email address in which they will receive the steps to follow to perform the recovery process, which is composed of a link and an access token.

Switch

• The switch Yes/No components have been changed throughout the system to make it easier to interpret their use.

Audit log

• ClimMob will now store the changes made to the edit data of each form, as well as the data deleted in the resolution of conflicting submissions. These updates/deletes will be attributed to the users in the section.

Fixed error

• Fixed the problem of special characters in the product: List of packages with QR for the participant registration form.

Release summary:

General

1. Standardize user interface texts.
2. A new link in the main menu to ease access to the project management web page.
3. Help buttons that pop-up explanation of functionalities with examples.
4. Confirmation messages for the actions: add, modify or delete information, to verify that the action was performed correctly.
5. Integration of the project sections with their respective libraries for direct access to them:

• Assign field agents → Field agent.
• Assign technologies → Technologies.
• Participant registration form/Assessment form → Question.

6. You can now submit forms with multiple multimedia questions (Audio, Video, Photo).
7. Library

• Technologies: A table with a list of technologies is displayed: click on a row to see its details and to add technology options. Use the "Show help" button to see an example.
• Field agents: New field to include the telephone number of the field agent in the data, if required.
• Question: When creating a question you can indicate in which forms you want it to appear: Registration, trial data collections or All forms. This avoids displaying unnecessary questions on forms where they are not required.
• Downloads: Link focused on specific download file by download actions

8. Project definition:

• The section ‘Project profile’ now can be found in the section Project overview, following the route: ‘Project overview’ → ‘Project definition’ → ‘1. Project profile’.
• All sections can be access, even if the actions in them are all blocked, then users can see how the project is set up.
• Assigning technologies: A table with a list of technologies is displayed, click on a row to see the options. Use the "Show help" button to see an example.
• Forms: A text field called 'Search question' has been included to allow filter the questions to find easily the one you want to add to the project.
• Sharing project: Possibility of dropping out of a project in which you do not intend to collaborate (valid for all roles).

Plugins

multimediaExtension: if multimedia questions like Images, Audio, Video have been added to a form, a .zip file with all the multimedia resources will be created when downloading the data from.

ClimMob Reporting Tool

• The interface has been modified to provide a more orderly user experience.
• Selection of technology for reference.
• Selection of variables to make splits in the analysis.
