OPERA R3 DSWx-S1 PGE Release 3.0.0

Official release v3.0.0 for the DSWx-S1 PGE. This version incorporates the Final v1.0 of the corresponding SAS delivery. Updates include validation of the new GLAD Classification ancillary map and update of the ISO XML product to reflect SAS v1.0 product metadata.
