• Simplifies app.py code before deploying Langgraph
• Introduces modified versions of Langchain's create_history_aware_retriever and create_retrieval_chain so that we can pass on arguments to the retriever more easily; there is also a slight modification to CustomRetriever._get_relevant_documents
• Note that you now need to add LANGFUSE_USER_ID = "anon" to .env. I wanted to be able to separate out my own testing of Nesta Brain from other people's use
