Setup InSAR data processing codes on Linux / macOS.

Create an alias load_insar
in ~/.bash_profile
file for easy activation, e.g.:

Run the following to test the installation:
load_insar
topsApp.py -h
ariaDownload.py -h
smallbaselineApp.py -v
