UIPEthernet_v1.08_ext - extended API

extended version of UIPEthernet_v1.08:
(contains functionality that is not part of official Ethernet-api)

UIPClientExt: nonblocking connect, read of local- and remote port
UIPServerExt: returns instances of UIPClientExt
