stop polling if linux device is disconnected #79

Currently, when a HID device is disconnected, linux.HidDevice#runReadOnBackground() gets stuck in an infinite loop.

The reason is that poll() always implicitly polles for events POLLERR | POLLHUP | POLLNVAL, which are not handled in the loop.

To fix this, I've added a break for the case that poll() returnes without POLLIN.
