Stomatogastric ganglion crab lobster (#3445)

* new_changes

* added nerves to new_changes

* Update new_changes.txt

* integrated new changes

* moving edits to uberon-edit.obo, making 6005096 is_a 8910000

* removed special characters

* fixed ID used twice, incomplete synonym statements, typo

* fixed error in is_a command

* changed double part_of statements to overlaps
