[LCD4linux] v5.0-r21 tiny bugfix in German translation

* [LCD4linux] v5.0-r21 new global switch 'Show Streams '4097; 5001...5003' in Mode Media/On'
when streaming, some users prefer the mode 'Media' (e.g. IP-Radio with Cover display) and others prefer the mode 'On' (e.g. for IPTV)
- all translations modified accordingly
- tiny bugfix in German translation

HINT: **LCD4linux** is still working under Python2 and Python3
