Parameter adjustments

• Most parameters were hardcoded in this version to avoid changes by mistake during the scan.

Tested on

• Siemens Skyra 3T
• Siemens Prisma 3T
• GE Discovery 750 3T

System phantom: T1 accuracy is validated for Skyra and Prisma. GE underestimated, some issues with Rx attenuation.
