In addition to generating the codes in the first place, CSP solvers can be used to compute the exact minimum distance of the resulting codes, as shown in this PR. I used
Z3
for the CSP solver -- while ORTools would also work instead, I was more familiar with Z3.Please feel free to request any revisions for consistency and accuracy.
