emacs-26.2-mac-7.6.1

READ FIRST: This is not a release from upstream, there's no Emacs mac port code change here. This release contains a fix for #21, which I think might important for pre-built bundle and cask users, so I baked this unofficial "release". Version number in Homebrew formula stays the same(avoid an unnecessary build), only cask formula version bumped.
