fsub - to enable forcesub in your group
nofsub - use to disable fsub

- how to fill FQDN?
- After deploying the bot on your server (heroku , koyeb etc.) copy the app link (for heroku u will see a 'open app' button click on that and copy the url) and then remove the 'https://' and ending '/' from the link.
ex your link : 'https://biisal-filter-bot-123456.heroku.com/'
you have to edit like this : 'biisal-filter-bot-123456.heroku.com'
After that fill the edited link as a value of FQDN
