Push rce packages to PyPI and allow setup of packages as per choice.

@gajan maybe you can create a username idscethzurich on which we can publish rce packages.

+1 to this , I too think this should be done from an idscethz account.
Also this would be after we get the completed fixes into master. Set a deadline for this and pull bug-fix to master and then push.

Depends on master merge , all temporary milestones reached , we should merge and push packages.
Post push provisioning changes are due to reflect specific Pypi based release channels and traget builds for master and swarm machines.

Waiting on approval for master merge ...
