HeaderFooterGridView supports adding header rows and footer rows to GridView for Android.
HeaderGridView supports header rows is made by Google, we added footer rows to it.
HeaderFooterGridView package name was renamed from jp.co.recruit_mp.android.widget to jp.co.recruit_mp.android.headerfootergridview in version 0.2.5.
