@brophdawg11 I'm leaving this one here because I don't think I can push to main. But things are ready on the release-next branch, including some fixes to the changelog TOC.

Thanks Tim! I'm gonna do a fresh release branch since it looks like this one ended up with duped commits from main in this one somehow: main...release-next versus main...release-next2.

I'll get the 7.1.1 stable deployed from that. Thanks for the heads up 🙌
