`apertium-transfer -t` is deprecated, so change all uses of it to the supported version `lt-proc -b | apertium-transfer -b`.

icuio74 and icuuc74 were the only ones that I got complaints on, but added the others just in case.
Remove this when outputting to the Rule Execution Information yellow box.
