Sets or clears the flag depending on enabled value.

Type: TEnum
The value.
flag
Type: TEnum
The flag.
enabled
Type: System.Boolean
Determines whether the flag should be set or cleared.

TEnum
The type of the enum.

Return Value

Type: TEnum
Bitwise combination of the flag and the value if the enabled is true; otherwise, the result is the bits of the value excluding the ones from the flag.

Usage Note
