v1.10.0-rc9 of Autorun for DSM7

• Fixed an issue with the folder path used for the debug log file, which is not always valid.
• Fixed some spelling mistakes in the English message texts

Some more fixes. E.g. the deletion of the configuration settings at uninstall was not working. New Translation to all the languages.

Bug in the language translation script, which caused malformed files for the different languages, fixed.
