There is currently no way to test this because there are no s2i-core/base container images available yet.

s2i-base for F35 should be available now, let's test this.

@phracek I have no idea why OS tests are failing but I'm 100% sure that Fedora tests are okay. I run all of them locally and they all passed. I'm not able to debug the problem without access to the testing machines. Do you have an insight?

[test] I did tested it manually so I'm giving the CI one more chance and I'm gonna merge and build the image then.

I have problems with building this image in Koji for weeks, see https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/10437 and containerbuildsystem/atomic-reactor#1742

Koji builds seem to work now so I'm gonna try the CI once more and merge this PR even if Fedora fails.
