An updated version of the code is loaded into GitLab.

This version code works well for the genes <10

Updated code 5/11/19:

• Changed color assignment to provide distinction between genes clearly
• Modified the Genedata data structure to LinkedHashMap to HashMap to accept >10 genes
• Added Message box to show which genome is the target and source and the genome position in the visualization circle
• Tried to modify code to write the image to file (ImageWriter in DisplayStyle and Genedata classes
