This release of Cirrus Core utilizes release/1.3.0.0 of the Stratis Full Node

Notes

This version introduces dynamic InterFlux Fees, resulting in lower costs to those wishing to interact with InterFlux. Additionally, a new feature has been added that enables users to rewind their node.

Known Issues

Users may become 'stuck' on a block if they ran Cirrus Core before the recent BIP9 Activation. If you are in a state where you cannot get any peers, you can rewind using the new feature under 'Advanced'.

Set the rewind height to 4300000 and hit rewind. After restarting your node, you will join the correct chain.
