This PR aims to enhance the user account page with:

• A drawer for additional features
• [ ]separation of own and saved posts
• M3 tabs for posts and comments
• About page

Proposed Additions:

• View drafts
• Access upvotes and downvotes
• Create communities
• Manage subscriptions
