Description
This PR upgrades our
cyclonedx-bomdependency crate to include support for CycloneDX v1.5.Motivation
v1.5 is the latest version of the spec1, it would be nice if we could support that version. In fact, previously, before switching to the
cyclonedx-bomcrate, we did support 1.5.Checklist

It was the latest version of the spec, since this PR was created 1.6 has been released. ↩
