The
_hasInputValueproperty was originally added to help Flow components detect bad input. However, since all Flow components have recently been refactored to use_inputElementValueinstead, the_hasInputValueproperty and its relatedhas-input-value-changedevent are no longer needed and can be removed.Type of change
