issues regarding Gocardless

1. Confirm and Thank you missing collection date values
2. Contribution receive date is today date rathar than future collection date
3. Recurring contribution is missing trxn_id and wrong start date and status
   And
4. Made required field for send request to smart debit when caceling recurring record
5. Only get last month auddis from collection date
