mediasoupbin

GStreamer plugin for mediasoup-demo (https://github.com/vpalmisano/mediasoup-demo/).

Install deps

sudo apt install python3 python3-requests python3-gst-1.0 \
    gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad gstreamer1.0-plugins-base \
    gstreamer1.0-plugins-good gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly \
    gstreamer1.0-tools gstreamer1.0-x gstreamer1.0-python3-plugin-loader \
    gir1.2-gstreamer-1.0 gir1.2-gst-plugins-base-1.0 gir1.2-gst-plugins-bad-1.0

Install using git:

git clone https://github.com/vpalmisano/mediasoupbin.git
cd mediasoupbin
export GST_PLUGIN_PATH=$GST_PLUGIN_PATH:$PWD/gst/plugins

Install using pip:

pip3 install git+https://github.com/vpalmisano/mediasoupbin.git
export GST_PLUGIN_PATH=$GST_PLUGIN_PATH:$(python3 -m site --user-site)/gst/plugins

Producer mode

gst-launch-1.0 \

Consumer mode

Docker usage

docker build -t mediasoupbin .

docker run --rm -it --net=host mediasoupbin \
