2.0.1 - Finally ready for distribution?

This is just a small update to add myself to AUTHORS and correct the version number in VERSION.

It of course also includes all the changes from version 2.0.0:

• Add support for building OTF and PCF fonts using make
• Add support for installing into your home directory
• Use Unicode character names for glyphs
• Fix character width of drift-bold to make it match drift, and allow it to be recognized as monospace and used alongside drift in a terminal
• Added Unicode variant of drift, with support for powerline/airline extra characters
• Added missing C0 control character symbols to drift from artwiz-aleczapka's version
