GPX files usually give elevation data. I would be nice if this info were transfered to Z dimension in a geometry
Currently elevation info is lost when importing a GPX batch.

Sure!
Here you've them:

  • gpx file with elevations
  • geopackage with a line layer having Z dimension set
    samples.zip
