making the mysql data persistent

Purpose

all my custom configs are not being persistent for every reboot of the server.

Goals

to keep all the data in the db persistent between docker-compose down and docker-compose up -d --build

Documentation

After bringing the services up and running, you can run docker volume ls should created a named volume instead of anonymous volume
