Onboard Slack and Zoom SSO templates

Description

This PR introduces the following changes:

• Add Slack and Zoom resources.
• Add data-componentid attributes for SAML protocol form fields (used to hide fields via SSO templates).
• Introduce a dropdown field as a dynamic field for SSO templates.
