Windows Zephyr

There's a zwgc port floating around. It's relatively hard to get the source code, for unexplained reasons.

It should probably be considered dead, for tax reasons.

There are two major approaches to reporting Zephyr to modern windows:

A zhm service, (which will require a fair amount of hacking on the zhm source code, require magic install doodads and a lot of domain-specific knowledge, or an InLibraryZHM which is interesting in and of itself.

Once you have an InLibraryZHM, it seems likely that a Pidgin plugin that runs on Windows (#26) should be fairly easy.
