Added an inverted variable that reverts the movement of a motor, to fix the problem where you have to give the opposite instruction to one of the them.
This issue will probably be fixed in the hardware later, just making a temporary fix for now.

added a small inverted variable to each motor that will reverse the
state of it, if you set that motor forward it'll try to go backwards,
useful for when the motor is connected in the wrong side and it needs to
receive the opposite values. this will be later fixed in the actual
hardware.

CI is failing because of probe-rs again...
