As usual, Follow Up From Each Member, Discussion, Task Assignment and Junha's Comment done

1. Byeongjee Kang: Done review on some Pull Requests and Vetomint Proposal.

• Specifications on Vetomint will be updated by tomorrow.
• A paper including an introduction and specifications on Vetomint will be done after September.
• Will work with Jaehu Yeom on adding test codes for Vetomint Consensus Algorithm

2. Seongjae Kwak: Implemented Template for Authorized Network Instance and Tests for Bootstrapping.

• Phasing in libp2p as a submodule for simperby has been time-consuming and has thought mainly on how to implement correctly and integrate codes.
• Implementing logic for background tests such as passing messages and inserting new nodes into the routing table will be done in about 3 weeks.

3. Changhun Oh: Implemented basic operations for the Database.

• Study on Checkpoint development via geth code implementation is time-consuming because of poor documentation.
• Database implementation to be done until next meeting.

4. Taehoon Kim: Made decision to use Merkle Tree over Merkle Patricia Trie.

• Gave members explanation for the decision. (To be updated on #10)
• Merkle Tree Interface Design and Implementation to be done until next meeting.
