This list describes general framework, third party tools that are being used by web-fe component. In general, we prefer to stay with it unless there are strong reasons to switch to a different framework or adding new ones. And we prefer any major or disruptive changes to be discussed with primary developers first.
- Spring Framework: we are using version 3.0.5 by default.
- jQuery: for all javascript needs. We are using its compressed-form
- jQuery Tools: for overlay and other effect.
- jQuery UI: for theming.
- ajax-solr: for interactivity with Solr and web-fe backend
- Google Map API v3: for geospatial query.
- Blueprint: for CSS layout.
