Overall Calendar

To see the list of all users activity in for of a calendar click Overall Calendar link in the Admin menu (available for Admin users only).

This section is very similar to every user's Calendar section except that is shows data for all users for whole month.

• Current month's days grid is displayed with blue buttons with user's initials indicating that user activity is registered for that day. You can click the button to display pop-up window with the details for whole day and all users activity during it. User whom initials where on the clicked button is marked blue for the context.
• Today, weekend days, and holidays are marked with different color background.

Date Filters

• On the left side you can change the current month or switch to Sessions display.
• Select a month from dropdown list and enter the year and click yellow arrow button to change month to the selected one.
• You can click blue buttons to quickly change month to previous and next one.
• List of users with activity in selected month is displayed below. By clicking the selected name you can filter the view to this user.
