To see the list of all users sessions click Sessions link in the Admin menu (available for Admin users only).
This section is very similar to every user's History section except that is shows data for all users for whole month.
- Current month's sessions are displayed on the list with user's name and session start and end time and duration (for ended session).
- Total month's session hours are displayed above the sessions list, for users all together and for each user in the separate row.
- When session is saved with a note glowing dot is displayed on the right side of it. Hovering mouse over the dot displays the note content.
- Current month's off-times are displayed on the list (below the sessions) with user's name and off-time start and end day.
- When off-time is saved with a note glowing dot is displayed on the right side of it. Hovering mouse over the dot displays the note content.
- On the left side you can change the current month or switch to Calendar display.
- Select a month from dropdown list and enter the year and click yellow arrow button to change month to the selected one.
- You can click blue buttons to quickly change month to previous and next one.
- List of users with activity in selected month is displayed below. By clicking the selected name you can filter the view to this user.
