A team working towards the same goal, inevitably splits and shares the tasks required to achieve that goal. Since not only one person is in charge of every single detail of the project, there has to be communication between team members to convey information. Contribution Guide is all about the form of this communication. Effective and trackable information flow is only possible by a set of rules which ensures coherence and consensus among the team.
