3. Discussion

  • 3.0. We had difficulty arranging the meeting time prior to meeting but we settled it and decided it to be on Wednesdays at 16:00.
  • 3.1. While reviewing the project plan, we doubted the validity of its current organisation. We decided there is need for structural changes.
  • 3.2. There were many placeholder tasks in the project plan. We decided on some high level task group names and decided to add others this week.
  • 3.3. Towards the end of last semester, we had decided to try a new version of the requirements but we couldn't finish it in time, the last version is very different from prior versions and need reviewing, consistency checks and we also need to rethink if such a change is necessary for the project.
  • 3.4. Since we now know the general structure of subgroups(frontend, backend, management etc.), we decided that each subgroup should meet. Especially in the first weeks because there are members that are more experienced than others in the subgroups, this means they can guide others on learning the technology and structure better, easier and faster.
